    This policy covers movingtexas.ai, operated by David Torres (TREC license #718290), sponsored by Realvisor Realty, LLC (TREC broker license #9016227). Questions about your information go to [email protected] or 210-776-8854.

    Information you send us

    If you use a form on this site, we receive what you type. That includes:

    • Contact form: name, email, phone if you provide one, how you want help, timeframe, and your message.
    • Newsletter: your email address.
    • Buyer, seller, military, veteran, investor, town, base, moving, and accessible-home forms: name, email, phone, and the plan or property details the form asks for.
    • Buyer intake and seller intake: contact details plus the home search or listing details you enter.
    • PCS questionnaire: contact details and the relocation answers you enter, including timeline, duty station, VA benefit answers, housing path, and notes.
    • Rent calculator request: contact details, the rent range the calculator produced, household income figures you entered, bedrooms, move-in date, and areas.
    • Renter prescreen: name, email, phone, gross monthly income, credit score, whether you have had a bankruptcy, eviction, or broken lease, misdemeanor and felony answers (including dates and charges if you provide them), and rental preferences such as price, move-in date, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, and notes.
    • Review form: the name and review you submit. A copy also stays in this browser until you clear it.
    • Packet and guide download forms: the same kind of contact details, plus the text-message choice described below.

    Each submission also includes the page address, the form name, and labels for the fields, so the message can be read in context.

    Text messages

    Packet and guide download forms include an optional checkbox. It is not checked for you. If you check it, you agree to this wording: “Yes, I agree to receive text messages from David Torres / Realvisor Realty, LLC at the number provided, including marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” The form also links to this policy and the Terms.

    We store that choice with the lead: whether you agreed, the consent text shown, the time you submitted, and the page URL. Leaving the box unchecked means you did not agree to marketing texts. You can still ask us to contact you about the request you submitted. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of buying, selling, or renting a home, or of receiving a guide.

    Where submissions go

    Form submissions are sent to David Torres’s customer system at portal.movingtexas.ai, used for Realvisor Realty, LLC. We use them to reply, to send a guide you asked for, and, only if you opted in, to send the texts described above. We do not sell your information.

    If that system does not accept the submission, this site tries once more. If it still fails, the submission and the error are written to the hosting log for this website so the message is not thrown away, and the form stays filled in so you can call, text, or email David Torres. Those logs are not a marketing list.

    Bot check

    Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser receives a check from Cloudflare, and our server confirms the result with Cloudflare before the message is forwarded. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser data for that check, and may set a cookie to complete it. Their privacy notice is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

    Forms also include a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. People using the form normally leave it blank. A filled hidden field is discarded and is not saved as a lead.

    Analytics and cookies

    This site does not run Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or another third-party advertising or analytics tag. We do not build an advertising profile of visitors. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may process connection data as the host and as part of Turnstile.

    Some pages store information only in your browser. Reviews you write are kept in local storage on your device and are sent to us when you submit the review form. The private checklist tools remember names, addresses, and checked boxes in local storage on that device. Clearing your browser storage removes those copies from the device.

    Asking for a copy or deletion

    Email [email protected] or call 210-776-8854 to ask what we have from a form you submitted, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete the submission from the customer system we control. Hosting logs that contain a failed submission expire on the host’s retention schedule.

    Children

    This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

    Changes

    When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
