After transitioning out of the military, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and began investing in real estate. Back then, clear information was hard to come by, and the process felt unnecessarily overwhelming.

I bought my first properties with a VA loan, the same benefit I now help veterans use every week. When we sit down to talk entitlement, funding-fee exemptions, or house hacking a fourplex, you're not getting theory. You're getting the playbook I ran myself.

Those five years in uniform taught me how to operate under pressure, communicate clearly, and never leave a task half-finished. I run transactions the same way I ran missions: deadlines met, negotiations won, and the dozen small fires every deal produces put out before they spread.

Once I mastered how the system works, my path became clear: to eliminate the confusion for others and create a streamlined, stress-free path to homeownership.
