Verify landscaping is in agreed condition

Test garage doors and remotes

Check exterior lights

Ensure HVAC is running and cooling/heating properly

Run all faucets (check for hot water and leaks)

Flush all toilets

Test all appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

Check under sinks for leaks or water damage

Verify exhaust fans are working

Test all light switches and outlets

Open and close all windows and doors

Check ceilings and walls for new water stains or damage

Ensure all agreed-upon repairs have been completed

Verify all included items (blinds, fixtures) are still present
